Thank you for this !! At the end talking about go see a doctor for a sinus infection.. well I did not, I had highlighter yellow snot for a good 6 plus weeks. Eventually I blow my nose one day and it sounds insane! Like reverb to the max. Longish story shorter: it was about a 6-7 inch long hard and dry snot thing! I pulled it out completely freaking out. I wish I’d filmed it!! 41 y/o male 😂😂

To get a more rounded ball, the first turn is pulled up as shown in the video. Here is the difference. For the second and third turn, you will pull the ball from the side up to the top, rotating the direction of the turn each time, rather that in the same direction as shown in the video. I usually add a little more batter with a tessponn after the first turn to help the ball form a perfect sphere.

I have this!!!😢. I've been drumming almost daily for over 30 years. It doesn't bother me too much while I'm drumming, although I know it's there. It bothers me when I go to bed at night because I cannot sleep on either shoulder. And that is difficult because I am a "sided sleeper". At first I thought it was arthritis but then I started thinking it may have been my drumming. I did a search on UA-cam and this was the first video that popped up. This is great thanks. When I was younger I had no problem wearing my bass daily through explosive, rigorous sets while touring for 4-8 weeks at a time. Now after 5 days straight I’m in severe pain and questioning life choices 😅. Thanks, doc!

One addition that's helped me, and I've tried this using the top two pressure points, is basically headbanging moderately slowly (swinging the head back and down toward the belly) while applying pressure. After 10-30 seconds, it clears up some really bad congestion.
